DISTRICT CONFERENCE: If you havenʼt yet made your reservations for the District Conference the Eugene Hilton room rates been extended to May 16. At the District Conference Rotarians will have great opportunity to network with other members of District 5110. Speakers from Rotary International will provide insights about PolioPlus and The Rotary Foundation. District Rotarians will speak about programs/events of this year.
TRAINING ASSEMBLY: This is put on to provide training for incoming club officers and provide Rotary information to general Rotary membership. These sessions provide great insights and tools for your job plus better understanding of Rotary.
MEMBERSHIP MOMENT: Last Thursday evening we had a great New Member Orientation meeting thanks to Membership Chair Allan Terrett. We were treated to some entertaining and insightful videos of Rotary and all the many achievements both locally and internationally. Thanks Allan for a very enjoyable evening and thanks to those members who were able to participate.

ROTARY SCHOLARSHIPS: Last Thursday we presented Rotary Scholarships to several very deserving students. To honor them and their achievements is the honor! Thanks to the Scholarship committee Mark Sayler, Gloria Eide, Jeff Davis and Mary Stansell for devoting the time to read the applications and interview all the applicants. They were all very impressed with the caliber of applicants this year! Congratulations to the recipients!
