Minutes, Board Meeting 12 July 2006
The meeting was called to order in the small conference room at Biscuit Books at 1830.
- Minutes were approved.
- Membership was discussed. It was agreed to allow Tony Jackacky to drop off the rolls.
- District Governor meeting was discussed. Will have a dinner meeting. Membership will be invited.
- Treasurer David Figurate reported thru the end of the 2005-2006 year:
- Deposit accounts: $16,090.23
- Investment accounts: $18,992.22
- Designated Account, Rotary Trail: $26,040.19
- Designated Account, Basketball: $2,525.14
- President David Allen presented his budget. After discussion it was agreed to table further discussion until some corrections could be made and until the next Board meeting.
- David Figurate stated that the Past Presidents will fill the vacant Board position.
- Discussion regarding the District Simplified Grant process. Ken McCune stated that the process is not simple and that it appears that we have missed the window to apply for any grants this August.
- Ken McCune reports that some Title III money is allowing a Youth Group to clean up the Rotary Trail.
- It was agreed that until further notice that Board Meetings would be the second Wednesday of each month at 1800 (6 p.m.).
