Minutes, Board Meeting 11 October 2006
The meeting was called to order in the small conference room at Biscuit Books at 1800. In attendance: Allan, Stansell, Concetto, McCune, Kuljis, Coffee.
- There was discussion regarding the Gold Beach Community Fund. It was moved and unanimously agreed that on December 1st 2006 the Rotary Club of Gold Beach would fund the Gold Beach Community Fund to the $50,000 level.
- Minutes from the past meeting were approved.
- It was reported:
o 5,635.52, Checking
o 25,161.43, CD
o 26,239.09, Trail
o 2,525.14, Basketball Fund
- Past Presidents are working to fill vacant Board Positions.
- The Dugout Project is on track.
- Dawn Wicklander will chair Feb 3rd dinner at Sheriff John's.
- The request to fund the Smiles program is put off until we have a full Board.
- Jeff Davis, Peter Paddilla, and Bob Bare were approved by the Board for membership.
- Adjourn.
It is noted that there was no Board meeting in November. The November Board meeting was cancelled.
